    Job Description

    ARE YOU AN INDEPENDENT SELF-STARTER WITH AN INTEREST IN SOCIAL MEDIA AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

    An established telecommunications equipment company in Rancho Santa Margarita is looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills who is eager to be a successful, customer-oriented sales professional. Bring your professional demeanor and friendly attitude to cultivate new customer relationships in the growing telecommunications industry. There are opportunities for growth, and the potential for a performance-based commission plan.

    Compensation: $18-$24/ hour (DOE)

    Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (temp-to-hire opportunity)

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Guarantee each customer’s expectations and needs are met and exceeded every day
    • Grow, develop and sustain company social media and online presence through interactive outreach and strategic communication
    • Acquire and maintain new and existing customer relationships through personal contact and planned individual account support
    • Initiate discussions via telephone and secure meetings with potential partners and new accounts

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Ambitious self-starter
    • Strong communication skills – phone, verbal and written
    • Detail-oriented - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Some college is a PLUS!
