CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION IS 43 HOURS PER WEEK WHICH PAYS time and a half for overtime: which comes to $40K YEAR!!!
PAYDAY IS EVERY FRIDAY

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily
· BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED
·Skilled at multi-tasking, typing and communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills to manage resources
· Proven verbal and written communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls initiated on a dialer system for early stage collections
· Contact dealers to verify lease and financing details
· Acts as liaison contact for customer and dealer questions
· Provide outstanding customer service to all loyal customers
· Exhibit problem solving skills to offer appropriate solutions
SCHEDULE:
· Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
· Three shifts 8am-5pm, and two shifts from 11am - 8pm - what great flexibility!
Lots of overtime if you want to make extra $$$$
