Job Description

PrideStaff hs an immediate opening  at a well-established, fast-growing consumer electronics company in North County for OUTGOING & FUN Customer Support Representatives.

9am to 5pm - Monday through Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

PHONE SUPPORT:  To be the voice of the company end users who are experiencing challenges with product, service, or the company in general. 

·         Excellent customer service skills!

·         Answering 50-75 calls a day

·         No cold calling!

·         Work to understand their issue and attempt to resolve

·         Triage, identify and escalate product issues

·         Record issues within customer service database and issue RMAs

·         Suggest different items that might match the customer profile

·         Respond to customer support inquiries sent via email

·         Constantly scan and respond to negative reviews posted on various online shopping sites like Amazon

·         Identify frequently asked questions and update the web to reduce touch time

·         Create a rapport with customers and pleasantly resolve their problem

Report generation using Excel or PowerPoint.
