Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE for biomedical manufacturer / distributor located in the Irvine CA area.
This is a Temporary position with great possibility of growing to Temporary to Hire for the right candidate. Hours 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be possible. Pay to $19/hr depending on experience. Company will complete drug screen prior to start.
DUTIES:
Order Entry of customer orders taken by phone, email, or fax
Follow up with customers regarding any questions for clarification; order status; changes, etc.
Develop and maintain consistent customer database
REQUIREMENTS:
Min 2-3 years Customer Service w/Order Entry experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience processing RMA's (returned goods) would be a plus
Intermediate MS Word/Excel; Comfortable using Internet with ability to learn new software programs quickly
Experience with CRM database system is desired, but will train (Company uses Sage)
Ability to multi-task and manage assigned/special projects
