OPERATIONS AND FINANCE MANAGER

Our client, an international medical scientific company located in the San Diego area, is seeking an Operations and Finance Manager to join their team on a temporary to direct opportunity. They develop medical devices and testing products for use in research and development industry. You will be involved in Operations and Finance ensuring the operation is operating efficiently.

The pay is $28.85 to $33.65 per hour DOE and if you have relevant 3-5 of recent experience per below, please send us your resume today.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational support with logistics, sourcing products and supplies, processing orders
• Manage and deliver top level customer support
• Updating the database for all pertinent financial transactions using Fishbowl Software
• Updating the invoice and billing information in QuickBooks
• Warehouse and Inventory control, cycle counts
• Technical understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of related and recent experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Excellent work ethics
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
• Good computer skills
• Fishbowl and Quickbooks experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good math skills
• BS Degree Operation, Finance or in associated field.
