    RECRUITING ASSISTANT - ASHEVILLE - UP TO $17.00/HR.

    PrideStaff Asheville office is currently looking for a RECRUITING ASSISTANT. Do you enjoy helping people? Are you a people person, comfortable talking with anyone on the phone?     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To be the first person to answer incoming telephone calls.
    • Presenting a positive and welcoming experience for guests, applicants and Associates.
    • To direct clients with job order requests to Staffing Consultants, Account Manager, or Strategic-Partner.
    • Qualify and telephone screen prospective Field Associates.
    • Schedule candidates for assessment and interview.
    • To input accurately all necessary Field Associate information into Bullhorn
    • To audit Field Associate time cards, both paper and WebTime for accuracy.
    • Prepares payroll by collecting, calculating and processing payroll weekly
    • Hand out Field Associate paychecks.
    • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
    • Consistently conduct employment reference checks on candidates for hire.
    • Process employment verifications and documents in Bullhorn.
    • Assist with creating job postings and employment advertising for on-line distribution.
    • To ensure quality service by handling Client and Field Associate matters courteously, properly and efficiently.
    • Order office and printing supplies.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Two years proven administrative experience in a professional environment.
    • Prior payroll experience desired.
    • Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.
    • Deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

    HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
