RECRUITING ASSISTANT - ASHEVILLE - UP TO $17.00/HR.
PrideStaff Asheville office is currently looking for a RECRUITING ASSISTANT. Do you enjoy helping people? Are you a people person, comfortable talking with anyone on the phone? DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be the first person to answer incoming telephone calls.
- Presenting a positive and welcoming experience for guests, applicants and Associates.
- To direct clients with job order requests to Staffing Consultants, Account Manager, or Strategic-Partner.
- Qualify and telephone screen prospective Field Associates.
- Schedule candidates for assessment and interview.
- To input accurately all necessary Field Associate information into Bullhorn
- To audit Field Associate time cards, both paper and WebTime for accuracy.
- Prepares payroll by collecting, calculating and processing payroll weekly
- Hand out Field Associate paychecks.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Consistently conduct employment reference checks on candidates for hire.
- Process employment verifications and documents in Bullhorn.
- Assist with creating job postings and employment advertising for on-line distribution.
- To ensure quality service by handling Client and Field Associate matters courteously, properly and efficiently.
- Order office and printing supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years proven administrative experience in a professional environment.
- Prior payroll experience desired.
- Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
