Employee-owned organization in Livermore looking for an experienced an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their accounting team!

Location: Onsite in Livermore, CA

Terms: Contract to hire

What you will be doing in this role:

• Check fax inbox and distribute
• Monitor and respond to AR emails
• Banking activity: mark cleared items and update cash reports
• Enter invoices and spreadsheet update
• Daily Sales Report distribution
• Processes daily credit card transactions – temporary
• Post payments – credit cards / checks / wires

Responsibilities on an as-needed basis:

• Fill out Vendor / Supplier forms
• Weekly Customer payment forecast
• Tax Jurisdiction Updates
• Drop Ship Invoicing
• Invoice portal submissions
• Set up new customers/suppliers and ship to
• Provide customer requests for statements / invoices
• Compile info needed for credit applications

Monthly Responsibilities:

• Exchange Rate
• Bank Reconciliation
• Month End Closing reports
• Sort and scan POD’s

What you need to have:

• Strong Excel Skills ( Spreadsheets, Reporting)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong prioritizing skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Accounting knowledge
