Pridestaff is currently seeking a Inside Sales Rep. ** __** for a Vitamin & Supplement manufacturing company located in Chino, CA. This a full-time, contract to permanent position with opportunity to grow. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

• Pay Rate: $17 - $18
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Job Duties/Description:

• Will be in the inside sales dept.
• Upselling product
• Cold Calling
• Provide Customer Service for existing customers such as answering calls, responding to emails, order updates, provide statuses, etc.
• Provide support for Outside sales team.
• Order processing.
• Maintain company image and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 1 to 2 years of Sales experience - preferrably in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment
• Good computer skills (Microsoft, excel, emails, etc.).
• Must be comfortable working in a team environment and open to collaborating with the team towards a common goal. Working well with the team is essential in this role.
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent English verbal and written skills with neat, legible handwriting
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create workload during downtime (such as reorganizing, classes, support other departments, strum up new business, reach out to potential clients, etc.).
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus but not required.
• Ideal candidate has a stable, verifiable work history, and positive supervisory references.
• Punctual with regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
