    Job Description

     

    Our rapidly growing Sales Team is currently looking for Inside Sales AE's that are looking for a once in a lifetime sales opportunity where all the marketing and sales process has been done for you, and all you have to do is focus on the up-sell!!

    What makes this such a rare opportunity???……… The LEADS!

    Now unlike most “sales” roles where you are given junk leads or told to do all your own lead gen as well as complete the whole sales cycle or are given the same leads to work as 10 other people.

    Well not us!! - We have a world class marketing team that produces thousands of new customers per day that come to us from the multiple different online marketing campaigns where they purchase a wide variety of products and services on the same day & are looking to buy more!

    This is great news for you cause you will never be camping on old leads or hitting the same leads over and over all day long. You will be given these new fresh customers every day and wont have to fight over them with anyone!

    These are very short sales cycle sales = 1 call close

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING WITH THESE THOUSANDS OF NEW CUSTOMER LEADS:

    • You will be calling our customers who have already purchased products and helping them with their problems by offering a tailored solution of dietary supplements and Information courses

    • You will solely focus on up-selling the new customers based on the products and personal needs that made them purchase online

    • You will have access to over 20+ products to come up with detailed gameplan to fit the personal needs of your customers

    • This is what sets us apart from our competitors - we listen to our clients and are able to give personal 1-1 feedback and solutions that fit our customers needs not just random product 1 size fits all like so many companies offer

    • You will be using our custom in house built world class CRM to work through your new Daily leads and get to any appointments or repeat customers in your schedule.

    • You will be using a VOiP phone system that is synced to the CRM and allows you to get a high pickup rate due to its integration to the CRM and local area codes to the customers.

    • Our Tech does all the backend work so all you need to do is make the upsell and process the transaction and the CRM does the rest - this allows you to not get tangled up in busy work and allows you to focus on sales and the customers and nothing else.

    AVERAGE DAY LOOKS LIKE:

    • Start time: 9am CST

    • Daily Training: 9 - 9:30

    • Outbound Calls: 9:30 - 1pm (30 - 50 dials)

    • Lunch: 1pm - 2pm

    • Outbound Calls: 2 - 6pm (30 - 50 dials)

    • Go Home

    Daily goal = $1,000 + in daily Sales

    • Our average sale is $245

    • Our average AE sells 4 - 6 sales / day

    • Average call is 12 Minutes

    • One Call Close

Our sales managers & trainers also are selling and testing new scripts and products just like you will be. You will never be asked to do anything that we are not also doing. We believe in production based results not micro management. We also prioritize training and feedback from our AE's and will constantly be working on helping you hit your own personal goals as well as our team goals. We get to know you and make sure we have a relationship and work to help you grow and make sure you love working with us.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 1 year of sales experience required

    • Experience talking on the phone with customers

    • Experience in Health and fitness Preferred but Not Required

    • Knowledge or use of Dietary Supplements a plus

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree Preferred but Not Required

    COMPENSATION:

    • $3000/mth or 20% of commissions - whichever is higher
    • Our average AE does $1,200 - $1,500 in sales per day
    • Bi - Weekly Bonuses
