The Opportunity:
As a Primark Benefits Retirement Plan Sales Executive, you will be in an outside sales position covering all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing business. Your role will be to sell retirement plans and related services in a B2B market, focused generally on companies with 20-200 employees. You will be seeking out new relationships with various sponsors, centers of influence, and strategic partners. The scope of retirement planning services will include TPA services, record-keeping, and fiduciary outsourcing, as well as helping with investments as needed. You'll be supported along the way by an internal sales support team, and a full delivery and client services department.
Although this is a remote position, we expect that you spend a significant amount of time engaged in outside sales activities and meeting directly with prospective clients, centers of influence, strategic partners, producers, and sales representatives in Northern California.
Your Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with a history of success in selling retirement plans or related financial services in our target market. The primary focus is on new business development, including the use of best practices in networking with potential referral and business partners, using lead generation campaigns, cold and warm calling, email, and any other creative strategies you can bring to Primark Benefits.

Salary:
The starting base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000, with a generous, uncapped commission component. Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience.
