We have an immediate opening for an experienced REMOTE DEFINED BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR with excellent verbal and written communication skills. That can hit the ground running!
►The ideal candidate will have the ability to write and create pension and benefit document plans.
JOB SUMMARY: My client is looking for an experienced Defined Benefit / Defined Contribution (DB/DC) Pension Administrator with excellent communication. The position will provide complete plan administration for a caseload of retirement plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Completion of entire annual administration and reporting cycle for defined benefit and defined contribution plans
· Including all testing and valuations, distributions/loans, asset reconciliations
· A forward-thinker for consultation with clients
· Familiarity with special engagements like audits, EPCRS, etc. a preferred
· Current knowledge of all compliance regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
·A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN DB/DC COMBO WORK - REQUIRED
· Proficient in complex 401(a)(4) and 401(a)(26) testing - Required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs preferred -
· Experience with ASC Compliance Systems, FTWilliam 5500 and Pension Pro – Preferred
· Quick to learn new software’s
· ASPPA or NIPA Credentials (or willingness to obtain designations)
· Ability or desire to teach/train a BIG plus
