JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a storefront retail clerk for our exciting e-commerce and retail environment. This is a full-time position with daytime hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· This person will communicate with customers to perform the following:

· Process orders

· Answer questions about our products

· Assist in stocking the store

· Perform other related duties, as needed, within the Primary Arms team

· Firearms knowledge/experience A PLUS

· Retail and/or e-commerce experience.

· Knowledge of help desk/case management software, order management systems, interest in firearms.
