About the Role

.We run an elite, world=renowned Plastic Surgery practice dedicated to delivering aesthetic excellence and five-star patient experiences. Our clientele expects the asolute best, and our surgeon is a globally recognized leader in the field. We are NOT looking for a traditional medical receptionist or passive order taker. We are seeking a high performing, charismatic Sales and Patient Coordinator who knotionalws how to build immediate trust, navigate deep emotional motivations and confidently close high-ticket surgical packages.

Responsibilities:

.Lead Conversion: Turn high-end inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) into scheduled, paid consultations

The Consultation "Close": Conduct in-depth, erg, and influential one on one consultations alongside the Surgeon, presenting customized surgical plans and financial options.

Pipeline Management: Actively follow up with warm leads, manage a robust sales pipeline and rescue "lost" opportunities with persistent, luxury-grade touchpoints.

Objection Handling: Confidently navigate objections regarding pricing, timing, and fear, guiding patients to say "yes" to their transformation.

Patient Concierge: Maintain a flawless, high touch relationship with patients from their deposit though their pre-op journey, ensuring an elite experience that generates referrals

What You Bring To The Table: Proven Sales Track Record: Minrimum of 3-5 years of experience in high ticket B2C sales (luxury goods, aesthetics, wellness or premium services Elite Communications: Flawless verbal and written communications. You can speak with high-net-worth individuals with poise, discretion and absolute confidence.
