A large, well-established healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $211,369 – $317,053 annually
- Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings

Schedule
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Option for four 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Minimal night call coverage as needed
- Hospital rounding approximately once every two months
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
- Interview, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and early disease detection
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
- Respond to patient questions, concerns, and clinical inquiries
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with federal regulations
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Perform occasional hospital rounding
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Eligible physicians must obtain board certification within 12 months of hire
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Current DEA registration
- Successful completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing as required
