    Prosperity Placement Solutions has been retained to identify a Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization delivering comprehensive, community-focused care.

    This is an opportunity for a physician who values clinical autonomy, team-based care, and meaningful impact within an underserved population.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • $220,000 base salary
    • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage
    • 7 weeks of PTO, Holiday, CME
    • $2,500 Continuing Medical Education (CME)

    Position Overview:

    The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive medical services while contributing to the strategic delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role combines clinical excellence with leadership in care coordination, quality initiatives, and community health advancement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver full-spectrum primary care services in accordance with evidence-based standards
    • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
    • Oversee and coordinate care with advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) and interdisciplinary teams
    • Review, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs) in a timely manner
    • Participate in shared on-call coverage rotation
    • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation and chart completion
    • Support and mentor clinical staff, students, and mid-level providers
    • Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards
    • Collaborate with leadership on clinical programs and community health strategies
    • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and HIPAA standards

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO from an accredited institution
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Active and unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • Demonstrated commitment to primary care and community-based medicine
