JOB TITLE (# R10030): Primary Care Physician - Bernardino, CA

Must have an active California License.

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physicians for the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, to provide service at Federally Qualified Health Centers. (FQHCs) in the High Desert or Valley regions.

Requirements of the Primary Care Physician:

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
• Completed residency program with reproductive health experience.
  

Schedule of the Primary Care Physician

• This is a Full-time position
• This is a 3-year contract
• Starting July 1, 2025, with a possible 2-year extension.

Responsibilities of the Primary Care Physician:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to FQHC patients.
• Manage chronic conditions and provide preventive care.
  
• Perform procedures such as colposcopy, anoscopy, and wound care.
  
• Supervise and provide clinical oversight to mid-level practitioners.
  
• Participate in quality improvement activities and adhere to FQHC policies.
  
• Use Athena Practice EHR for documentation and patient management.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community partners.
