Position Overview:

Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based, patient-centered environment. You will focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

• $210,00 $220,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (Based on Quality)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services (adult or family medicine)
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Emphasize preventative care and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• EMR System is eClinicalWorks
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Holidays
• Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Support from nurses, MAs, and administrative staff
• Efficient workflows designed to reduce burnout

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine OR Family Practice
• Active or eligible state license
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
