    Seeking a physician to provide oversight and clinical collaboration for our Nurse Practitioner who is duo certified in Family Primary Care and Mental Health. The NP is scheduled to report only twice monthly. We are a start up branch in San Bernardino. Here at Great Mind Counseling and Skill Building Center, we believe healing is more than just addressing mental health. It's about building confidence, creating structure and offering real life support so that the patient can thrive and learn to be more independent. We are a Top-notch facility seeking people who genuinely care about our clients/patients. Our Center seeks a highly qualified and experienced physician to collaborate with a nurse practitioner to provide exceptional patient care. As a collaborating physician, this role is crucial in overseeing the NP's practice. It ensures adherence to California regulations, and fosters a supportive and collaborative environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Providing clinical consultation and support.

    Collaborating on patient care plans.

    Reviewing charts and documentation.

    Participating in performance reviews and competency assessments.

    Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

    The physician will work closely with the NP to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to standardized procedures.

    Commitment to patient safety and quality care: This should be a core value of the collaborating physician.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    If a written agreement is required (as per California regulations), the physician will be involved in its development and execution.

    California Medical License: This is a fundamental requirement.

    Knowledge of California regulations: Importance of understanding standardized procedures and physician-NP collaboration guidelines in California.

    Ideally, prior experience collaborating with NPs.
