Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants strong earning potential, a predictable outpatient schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through community-based medicine.
You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role focused on comprehensive primary care. Family Medicine physicians can care for patients across the lifespan, while Internal Medicine physicians can focus on adult primary care. You’ll work alongside an established clinical team in a patient-centered environment utilizing NextGen EHR.

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold a clear and active California medical license
• You maintain a current DEA registration
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $275,000–$316,000
• Provider bonus plan and longevity pay
• Sign-on bonus available

• Medical insurance: Approximately $46 per paycheck

• CME: 32 hours plus a $2,500 annual allowance
