We’re seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Southern California. This is a full-time outpatient role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population.

• Base Salary: $230K–$285K (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, outpatient only – no nights, weekends, or hospital call

• Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management

Your Impact

• Serve as the patient’s first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and specialists
• Leverage data-driven tools to monitor patient outcomes and tailor care plans
• Educate and empower patients to manage their health proactively
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and community health programs
