Join a growing primary care practice!  Currently 23 physicians and over 40 dedicated APRN/PAs within 20 outpatient clinic locations throughout Southern KY.  Support family medicine and internal medicine patients with preventative and chronic care management.

Requirements:

• BE/ BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• KY medical license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Shareholder eligible (buy-in after 1st year)
• Base salary (guaranteed 2years)
• Full benefits, including 401k and profit sharing
• Sign-on bonus (up to $50k)
• Relocation assistance (up to $10k)
• Medical malpractice with tail
• Residency stipend
• PTO (4weeks vacation) with 9 paid holidays
