Role Description:
This, on-site Family Physician position is based in Franklin, TN. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, primary and urgent care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in Family Medicine and Primary Care
Comprehensive knowledge of general medicine and patient care practices
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build patient trust
Commitment to fostering a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment
Valid Tennessee medical license

Responsibilities :
Provide medical care to patients in the office, including diagnosis, prescribing appropriate medications, and referring to specialists as needed.
Order or perform tests as needed and analyze results promptly to provide a diagnosis.
Manage an appropriate patient caseload while delivering high-quality care.
Complete all required documentation for each patient and maintain accurate records.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to provide up-to-date patient care.
Assist with reviewing additional patient charts and provide medical guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
Current state medical license and required certifications
MD or DO degree required
Graduation from an accredited medical school
Strong attention to detail
Ability to provide exceptional care to every patient
