Job description:

Alliance Family Health Center (AFHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike seeking a dedicated Primary Care Provider to join our team. We are currently recruiting a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Primary Care Provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan in both primary care and urgent care settings. This role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, restoration, and patient education, while managing acute conditions and stable chronic illnesses.

Provide primary and urgent care services in collaboration with a supervising physician.

Conduct thorough physical examinations.

Interpret medical histories and clinical findings.

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.

Counsel and educate patients on health-related topics.

Perform screening services and minor procedures as appropriate.
