    Primary.Health is the engine behind your COVID-19 testing and vaccination programs. Our web-based platform provides government agencies, schools, healthcare facilities, and community based organizations the ability to quickly register participants, schedule appointments, arrange for easy onsite check-in and check-out, and exchange data between labs and state databases,  easing the reporting process.  

    JOB TITLE: On-Site Project Coordinator 

    JOB TYPE: Part-time, Hourly 

    LOCATION:  San Francisco Bay Area Statewide Initiative with potential for overnight stays for sites at a distance, but no long term travel.

    JOB SCOPE: The Onsite Project Coordinator  will play a pivotal role in the planning, scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day management of operations for the successful execution of mass-vaccination sites. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are required. 

    MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

    • Learn and understand the Primary platform and software as it relates to vaccine registration and administration.

    • In coordination with the lead Project Manager, develop and set-up site layouts to ensure efficient flow of participants while maintaining proper social distancing and safety protocols.

    • Coordinate logistics surrounding the delivery and set-up of hardware, supplies, and infrastructure for assigned site(s).

    • Develop timelines and schedules for site set-up, staff training, and daily operations. 

    • Maintain open channels of communication with staff, vendors, and other partners.

    • Train onsite staff on the use of Primary software.

    • Troubleshoot software issues with onsite staff and escalate to other teams as needed.

    • Liaise with site staff and general public to troubleshoot and resolve any issues onsite.

     

    MINIMUM EDUCATION: 

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous project management, event production, or coordination experience required.

    • Skilled in communicating and coordinating across diverse audiences.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Comfortable with technology and software platforms.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

    • Public speaking or training experience preferred.

     

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have reliable transportation (Mileage reimbursed for non-commuting travel)

    • Has a Cellular  Phone and Personal laptop computer

    • Overnight stays may be required (Expenses reimbursed up to established limits)
