    Primary.Health is the engine behind your COVID-19 testing and vaccination programs. Our web-based platform provides government agencies, schools, healthcare facilities, and community based organizations the ability to quickly register participants, schedule appointments, arrange for easy onsite check-in and check-out, and exchange data between labs and state databases, easing the reporting process.  

    JOB TITLE: Product Designer (UX/UI Design)

    REPORTING TO:  Head of Product

    JOB TYPE: Full-time

    LOCATION: Remote

    JOB SCOPE:

    Primary Health is looking for individuals to help support mass COVID-19 testing and vaccinations occurring throughout the country. This person would be responsible for working with the Engineering team, technical program managers, and product managers to design and develop the future of Primary Health’s product. 

    The role requires someone who can conduct deep dives into product architecture and user behavior. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required as this will have both internal and external-facing components. As part of this role, you will also be working to redesign current user-facing surfaces, contribute to new feature design, and provide regular reports on user feedback.

    MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

    • Collaborate with product team and engineering teams to develop mockups

    • Manage regular usability testing across key user groups

    • Report progress against core business metrics

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2 years’ experience in product design or related role

    • Proficiency in an widely-used design software (e.g. Invision, Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, etc.)

    • Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or related field. Comparable industry experience can replace this requirement.

    • An ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment with the tenacity needed to succeed in a start-up environment

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
