    JOB TITLE: Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

    REPORTING TO: Director of Accounting

    JOB TYPE: Full-time

    LOCATION: Remote

    JOB SCOPE: Primary is seeking a talented, experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst. Working independently under limited supervision, the individual in this role will plan, design, develop, and analyze business plans for complex problems. The main responsibilities of this role include: 

    MAJOR JOB DUTIES: 

    • Work with the leadership team to develop scenario planning for multiple year financials. 

    • Create a budget, plan and forecasting documents, as well as lead the process. 

    • Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals. 

    • Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information.

    • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. 

    • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

    MINIMUM EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3+ years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.

    • Sound working knowledge of the related accounting guidance preferred

    • Problem-solving and analytical background.

    • Conduct and document complex business analysis projects

    • Perform technical analysis to figure out present and future business performance.

    • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Pivot Table and Looker. 

    • Experience with Python, SQL or R.

    • Experience translating complex business problems into analytical models.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
