Primary.Health is the engine behind your COVID-19 testing and vaccination programs. Our web-based platform provides government agencies, schools, healthcare facilities, and community based organizations the ability to quickly register participants, schedule appointments, arrange for easy onsite check-in and check-out, and exchange data between labs and state databases, easing the reporting process. 

JOB TITLE: Software Trainer

REPORTS TO: SVP of Client Success

JOB TYPE: Full-Time 

LOCATION: Remote 

JOB SCOPE: Primary is looking for a Software Trainer to join our team! This position will ensure top notch platform support to our clients. This candidate is enthusiastic about new technology, is a star communicator, customer focused, and loves solving technical problems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required as this will be an external-facing role.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES: 

• Work closely with clients & internal teams. 

• Lead daily in-depth training on our platform with large groups. 

• Troubleshoot platform issues and help to assist the engineer team in bug fixes.

• Master of the Primary platform and use your technical expertise for test group creation & management. 

• Training clients and end users on on all stages of the platform.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

● 3+ years of client-facing experience. 

● Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 

● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.

● Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients. 

● Experience in Looker or with other database systems, SQL Plus. 

● Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. 

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATION: 

● Experience with SQL and coding.
