    SALES AND CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan and execute effective front-end marketing outreach activity, qualify eligible customers, and improve sales revenue growth

    • Enhance our clients brand in the community by maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor

    • Act as the main representative and presenter to our local community and close every sale

    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to implement the local strategy for growing brand awareness

    • Participate in mandatory training and staff development sessions

     

    SALES AND CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Love for people and making an impact in someone’s day!

    • Possess the right balance of people, sales, and communication skills

    • Ability to build rapport quickly, lower trust barriers, and build confidence with consumers

    • Ambitious and self-sufficient individual who approaches every situation with integrity and passion

    • Exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

    • Prior experience as a Community Outreach Representative, Customer Service Associate, Client Relations, or Marketing
