ENTRY LEVEL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DAILY FUNCTIONS:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

• Proficient in verbal English language to communicate directly with customers

• Develop knowledge of company customer and sales dynamics and requirements

• Attentive to customers and remaining flexible to their needs

• Work as part of a team and take initiative to hit sales goals

• Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, active listening, and standing for long periods

• Focus on exceeding customer expectations

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic while completing sales transactions
