Position Summary: Responsible for communicating with restaurant personnel to provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds each guest's expectations. Duties & Responsibilities:
Effectively enforce company standard and procedures
Achieve operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, implementing productivity, quality and standards of service.
Resolve staff &/or guest conflict with service recovery and adapt procedures when necessary
Familiar with F&B inventory and ordering
Ensure & Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Develop staff by hosting training & development classes, coaching, and regular performance evaluations
Creating an engaging & energetic environment
Brand Ambassador for restaurant who can cultivate and build on guest retention
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in hospitality industry
TABC Certified
Manager Food Handler's Certification (TEXAS)
Self-Starter, flexible, and able to work independently
Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment
Strong Business Acumen
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
