OIC | Prime Billionaire's Group is looking for independent contractors who are licensed (or eligible to be licensed) insurance agents for remote or hybrid work, and (optional) inbound leads for a captured market with a virtual assistant. Must be 18 years old, with a clean background. About position: * Independent Contractor * Life insurance and retirement planning * Non-Captive. * Remote, hybrid, or in-person (your choice) * Opportunity with niche market helping educators with their retirement needs Pay: Full Commission and potential for: * Equity Ownership in the company * Leadership bonus * P&C referral pay * Part-Time potential earnings $30,000 -100,000 per year * Full-Time potential earnings $50,000 - 150,000 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work-from-home option * Incentive prizes for milestones and achievements: travel destination trips, watches, rings, etc. * Free general lines license study guide * Self-paced, group, and one on one field training * Platform applications for the following: LMS, PM, CRM, email, and more * Technology training * Virtual assistant (optional) * Inbound leads and preset appointments (optional with a required ERP certificate) * Niche market (optional with a required ERP certificate) * Marketing/branding training * Work as an independent agent * 3 layers of support staff: corporate, carrier, and team staff. * Access to an estate, business, and real estate document templates platform * Access to a diverse portfolio of life insurance and retirement products * Access to A-rated carriers Requirements: * $125 Onboarding Fee * E & O coverage (OIC offers E&O) * Life/ Life & Health Insurance License * Maintain Continuing Education to renew license every 2 years * Laptop, smartphone, strong internet connection * Education Retirement Program Certification (Optional Training) Skills * Developing and managing the client relationship with trainers and/or partners * Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors * Manage communication between the client and internal teams to support existing processes * Maintain good Customer Service relationships (both external and internal customers) by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs * Able to help or be trained to help clients with life insurance, college savings, estate planning, and or retirement planning * Able to help individuals, families, and businesses to plan and build wealth. * Able to build a contact list, and learn to develop a community. * Able to use technology to keep it easier for both clients and partners * Use clear and appropriate language in all communications. * Must have or be able to develop great time management skills.
