    About the Position

Prime is seeking a Project Frame Fellow to play a pivotal role in developing curriculum-based educational content to help early learners understand and apply Frame's Pre-investment Methodology. We see this Fellow as the first step in a longer journey to dramatically expand access to climate impact assessment techniques. Over time, our goal is to build the workforce of impact professionals that understand how to complete assessment and better equip learners at all stages to push back against greenwashing, whether they are completing assessments on their own or not.

In partnership with Frame team members, the Project Frame Fellow will be responsible for completing research and supporting the development of curriculum-format content. This is a tremendous opportunity for an individual committed to climate action looking to improve how impact assessment occurs among impact investors allocating capital to early stage climate solutions.

The Fellow will report to the Associate, Project Frame, working closely with Frame's team and investor membership. A combination of research and content development (approximately 70% content support/ 30% research), the Fellow will:

    • Add to, deepen, and contribute to analysis of an existing landscape analysis of curriculum based learning opportunities in impact assessment that closely relate to Frame's work.
    • Provide feedback and project manage collective feedback as needed on a course syllabus.
    • Produce supplementary resource sets for each class.
    • Produce and/or implement self assessments for each class or the course overall to ensure that intended learning goals have been met.
    • Produce or provide detailed feedback on course or class content.
    • May assist with other Project Frame programming as necessary.

    Required Qualifications

    • Educational or work background in a climate or environment related discipline, such as a degree in sustainability, exposure to life cycle analysis, or experience in climate science, or exposure to Impact Monitoring and Management (IMM).
    • Ability to work 20 hours a week during weekdays and maintain a stable work schedule over the course of the Fellowship.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in content creation and editing across various channels.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Alignment with Prime's values and mission and an assertive ally for racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
    • Demonstrated research abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of impact investing or early stage investing.
    • Experience in long form writing, such as reports.
    • Experience in teaching or developing courses for adult learners.
    • Volunteer or work experience supporting a mission-focused organization or campaign.
