We are seeking a CSR / Order Entry to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Nine decades and four generations later, our family has been established in the paper brokering, converting and manufacturing industries since the 1930. With our initial roots in New York, first generation William J. Roach was a paper broker for Atterbury Brothers Inc., in Manhattan, NY. After teaching his son-in-law, Arthur Nielsen, the paper business, Arthur established Nielsen&Nielsen, a domestic and international paper brokerage company in 1976 in California, where he was eventually joined by his three sons.
