About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Installer to join our team at Prime Energy Solar in Milford, CT. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems, contributing to the growth of renewable energy in our community.

Responsibilities:

Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on residential and commercial properties

Assist with the electrical wiring of solar array systems

Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems

Ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

Prior experience in solar installation or related field

Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

With NABCEP Certification Required
