PRIME HEALTHCARE STAFFING, an expert in the Health Care Staffing industry is in search of a Medical Recruiter to join our growing Nurse Travel Division. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your primary responsibility will be national in scope, recruiting, qualifying and placing Registered Nurses for travel positions across the United States. Candidate will develop recruiting campaigns, source and screen candidates, maintain database of “Ready 2 Go” candidates, make job offers and negotiate pay rates. Candidate will work in a strong team environment with our marketing department to ensure an appropriate fit between our employees and our customers’ positions.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• At least Five years of medical recruiting or professional temporary staffing recruiting experience

• The ability to source and locate professionals to meet Prime’s customer’s needs

• Complete competence in negotiating pay packages and successfully close deals

• A proven ability to retain healthcare professionals and place them on assignments across the country

• Resolve conflict quickly and efficiently

• Ability to be persuasive and influential in both verbal and written communications

• Ability to project enthusiasm and develop rapport with new and existing clients

• Strong follow up skills and organization abilities

• Ability to meet urgent deadlines

• Internet recruiting experience and strong social networking abilities

• Strong working knowledge of basic employment laws and interviewing techniques

• Excellent ability to work and communicate in a strong team environment

• The ability to be self motivated, motivate others and have a strong drive for success
