    We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Utilize and update company CRM to contact sellers • Send texts, emails and make calls to develop rapport with new leads • Manage leads appointments and follow up with potential prospects • Have the mindset to want more financially • Negotiate by phone & email to negotiate a win/win solution for both parties • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections • Schedule warm leads on calls and follow-ups • Accountability to sales metrics based on specific responsibilities • The in-person role, at Fountain Valley CA office • This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role and 100% of the time will be spent on the phones • Must be great at taking rejection and overcoming objections Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting for the first time like you have been lifelong friends Compensation: $65,000+ at planned commission
