    Role

    * Independent contributor working from their office (20% to 50% travel).

    * $100k - $175K base salary, $125k - $150K OTE – plus generous stock options.

    * MUST HAVE significant experience closing new Display, and Mobile Advertising.

The "COMPANY" is looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in online display, mobile, video, and CRM advertising to join our fast-growing company.

    The Account Executive’s main responsibility is closing new business; building new client relationships, prospecting and executing sales plan to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

    With tremendous upside opportunity, you’ll enjoy delivering cutting edge media solutions and communicating the subject of the online video, display, and mobile marketing, premium inventory sources, audience targeting, and optimization.

    Qualified candidates will already have existing client direct experience thru either sales or account service experience. As an Account Executive, you’ll also have professional oral and written communication skills, excellent work ethic, and the steady persistence needed to succeed.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Identify, qualify, pitch and close new business with direct advertisers

    • Establish yourself as the subject matter expert

    • Establish Display as a critical and trusted marketing partner

    • Manage pipeline using CRM tools (Follow-up to closure)

    • Prepare pitch materials as needed

    • Passion for building a great company

    • Proven willingness and ability to prospect aggressively.

    • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals

    • Any other task or duty as assigned or required 

    Required Skills and Experience

    • 3+ years’ experience in digital media sales and closing new business

    • Display, Video and Mobile experience (Video and Mobile preferred)

    • Range of existing direct client relationships

    • High degree of self-motivation, and resourcefulness

    • Eager to work in fast paced environment that is growing rapidly

    • Professional oral and written communication skills

    • BA required
