SHELL CONTRACTOR SUPERINTENDENT – NAPLES AREA

Shell contractor with multiple projects throughout South Florida has an Immediate opening for a superintendent who has the experience skills to supervise a multifamily project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise all field activities related to physical construction
• Read plans
• Schedule material and Labor
• Layout skills

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Field Superintendent for Single Family and Multi Family residential construction company working primarily in Miami-Dade, Broward and expanding in Lee County.
• Job responsibilities include daily oversight of multiple residential construction projects. Primary responsibilities are project scheduling, ordering materials, job sites layouts, subcontractor supervision and quality control.
• Salary will be based on experience. Benefits after 60 days.
• Prime Shell, Inc. is a residential and light commercial shell contractor. Our scope of work includes structural components (slab, walls, roof, beams, cast decks, etc.) for custom single-family homes, town homes, custom homes, and commercial offices.
