.NET FULL STACK DEVEOPER (LEAD)

POSITION TITLE:  .Net Full Stack Developer (Lead)

LOCATION: Chicago IL, Local Client sites and Remote

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full time Permanent – Billable Resource (Contract Options are available)

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary + Full Medical Benefits, Matching 401k Package and paid vacation time.

POSITION SUMMARY:  

We are a team of passionate and dedicated IT consultants focused on delivering solutions by applying cutting edge technologies and leveraging cloud-based platforms. The Development and Dev Ops practiced is concentrated on full-stack custom web application and API development using a variety of technologies based on the needs of our clients. A significant emphasis is placed on software lifecycle management, processes and automation to drive excellency, consistency and predictable solution delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Designing, Implementing, enhancing and integrating software applications
• Applying and adhering to object-oriented principles and best practice design patterns
• Translating requirements and breaking down work into manageable features and tasks
• Providing and verifying both project-level and task-level estimates
• Building partnerships and managing client expectations through coherent communication and process education
• Leading development efforts and providing guidance to development teams of various sizes and experience levels while promoting and maintaining process standards
• Continuous education and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
• Transparent messaging of project status to all stakeholders and owning responsibility for solution delivery

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of experience leading development teams
• 10+ years working with development teams with a team size of 5+.
• 3+ years consulting experience
• Project Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum
