AT&T PRIME TECH 360 is a growing company with 16 stores in Florida. Soon to open stores in California. We are not just a phone company we are a entertainment company for your home and business. This is a hourly and commission base job. We are looking for someone who is self driven, self motivating, with high energy and is ready to learn and grow within their career also with the Company. There are many opportunities to grow within AT&T Prime Tech 360.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and identify customer needs

• Explain products and services to customers

• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

• Enter and process customer orders

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills
