Responsibilities: Document the loan process from origination to approval through our system Ensure loan files meet lending and regulatory guidelines and policies Secure property and loan documentation to process mortgage loan files such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denial Liaise between the mortgage lending underwriting department, mortgage loan originators, real estate agents, and applicants to facilitate loan approval Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans Must possess exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and time management skills High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred At least 2 years of loan processing experience required • Applicants must live in the Sacramento area within commuting distance to the office Compensation: $70,000+
