Key Responsibilities:
Educate and inform potential customers about the benefits of solar power.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services.
Follow up with leads and track progress through the sales pipeline.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Schedule appointments for in-home consultations with solar consultants.
Assist solar consultants during in-home consultations.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with potential customers.
Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Maintain accurate records of daily canvassing efforts and sales activities.
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or other related fields.
Solar sales experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Eligible to work within the Connecticut area.
