As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing potential acquisition opportunities. The ideal candidate is persuasive , confident , and detail-oriented. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business , so we provide the tools and support our Acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. This position is full-time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet with homeowners during in-person appointments to assess their unique situation and through skilled negotiation and strict adherence to our sales process, come to terms, and ratify contracts to purchase residential real estate.
    • When not attending in-person appointments with homeowners, your responsibility will be to maintain an orderly follow up process with past leads and attempt to reengage homeowners in order to close deals.
    • Fully engage in weekly team trainings and company meetings.
    • You will be expected to do “whatever it takes” to meet your personal commitments and the companies’ acquisitions goals. That might occasionally mean some weekend work.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma.
    • Experience working in sales preferred.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships.
    • Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent negotiating skills and the ability to close deals.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Must have a strong work ethic and desire to exceed company goals/targets.
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion.
    • Must be a team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
