    As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Sales Support Specialist to help support the sales operations team and sales team.  This position will report to the Director of Enablement and Operations.  This is a key role in helping support our growing sales and sales support teams.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

    • Manage the quoting process for specific PrimePay lines of business in a timely manner 
    • Prepare, facilitate, and ensure completion of client onboarding documentation
    • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for these lines of business from ideal inception to close with specific detail around anticipated close dates, revenue accuracy, and deal velocity
    • Manage expectations with internal and external business partners as it relates to quote entry, processing, and client onboarding
    • Be a subject matter expert in the Sales Quoting Process
    • Be a CRM data ambassador as it relates to leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities 
    • Provide Sales support via troubleshooting Salesforce and CPQ
    • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the department

     

    SUCCESS WILL COME IF YOU HAVE: 

    • 1-2 years experience supporting Sales (preferred)
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
    • Proficient in Salesforce.com (preferred)
    • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 products
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
    • A can-do attitude with a desire to help the business succeed
    • Effective written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent team player but also able to work effectively on your own
    • A sense of humor and willingness to have fun are a must
