Job Description
POSITION: RECRUITING SPECIALIST - REMOTE!!! NO WEEKENDS! ROOM FOR CAREER GROWTH AND MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES!
DUTIES:
- Work closely with the Human Resources Manager in recruiting new employees.
- Will lead advertising, recruiting, and screening of candidates for open positions.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of professional, skilled, and unskilled positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Coordinate interviews with appropriate hiring managers.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to post open positions and communicate with applicants.
- Provide recruiting reports to Human Resources Manager and appropriate department managers.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and employment agencies.
- Other Human Resources functions that may need to be performed as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 + years of recruiting experience; preferrably with remote/home office experience included in work history.
- Strong organizational skills; must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and from various walks of life.
- Continuous attention to detail with 100% accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Previous work with Applicant Tracking Systems a MUST.
- Commitment to professional video conferencing as needed to meet with team or client.
- Attendance on the job each and every day is absolutely essential to the efficient operation of the role.
