    Position Summary:

    Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a critical role that will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing and mentoring a sales team, and developing and executing a sales strategy to meet the company’s growth targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Train, motivate, empower Health Coaches and Marketers daily to reach their weekly, monthly and quarterly goals

    Develop Hands on Training for Health Coaches weekly

    Must be able to work with Intake, Admin HC Dept and all other depts to ensure everything runs seamlessly and processes are followed

    Must be able to manage Shooters Agency - Go HIgh Level Marketing

    Review and verify prospect reports, new clients reports daily

    Coordinate weekly Ride Along with Health Coaches in various geographical markets

    Network with Case Management Companies, Area Agency on Aging and referral sources

    Responsible for oversight of Health Coach Annual Evaluations

    Provide oversight and review SFC Referral Process

    Participate and Lead New Health Coach Training and Seminar

    Monitor and Review monthly Supervisory Visits from Health Coaches

    Participate in the community events, forums, and state meetings

    Assist with the development of policy and procedures

    Resolve incidents and complaints for clients and family caregivers

    Monitor and Goal track for all new prospects and new clients

    Train, motivate, coach, and educate Health Coaches daily

    Develop quarterly marketing plan and procedures for implementation

    Track and manage program referrals/participation to support state and company growth, providing program specific information as needed

    Research opportunities for referral to external supports and services

    Responsible for maintaining within the marketing budget

    Actively recruit new SFC members, create brand presence throughout your assigned area.

    Communicate with key referral sources, case managers, physician offices, hospitals to spread word about SFC and to service their members.

    Document and report out on coaching activity with a focus on quality and outcomes; make recommendations as appropriate

    You will collaborate with consumers & caregivers to complete QA compliance items on a monthly basis(virtual home visits, 30 day care plan review, 6 month annual reviews, etc.)

    Escalate issues when appropriate to the coaching manager as it pertains to consumer changes in status.

    Qualifications:

    2 years’ experience in case management, experience working with elderly and disabled.

    3+ years in sales and or Marketing related to the healthcare industry

    Proven experience as a Healthcare Manager, or similar leadership role, in the home care or healthcare industry.

    Strong understanding of the home care market, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

    Excellent leadership, mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

    Exceptional active listening and communication skills with strong empathy

    Tech savvy with comfort using (and teaching others to use) mobile apps.

    Ability to multitask in a multi system environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office required; case.

    Thrives in a fast paced, start-up environment.

    Sales experience and building relationships and pipelines.

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior experience as a Home Health Marketer or Sales related to healthcare preferred.

    Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.

    Prior experience working with consumers in a home base setting.

    Prior experience in health care direct marketing is a plus.

    Multilingual is a plus.
