    Job Description

    Significant experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in
    operations management and leadership roles.
    ● Exceptional leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams,
    foster a positive work culture, and drive operational excellence.
    ● Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to
    maximize revenue, control costs, and achieve financial objectives.
    ● Strategic thinking and planning skills, coupled with the ability to develop and implement
    initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall
    performance.
    ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal
    abilities to effectively collaborate with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
    Maintain Mountain Homes
    ● Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and
    performance management, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    ● Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property, conducting
    inspections and implementing procedures to uphold cleanliness standards
    ● Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and
    inventory control, to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
    ● Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and
    professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
    ● Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget, monitoring expenses, labor
    costs, and purchasing to optimize efficiency and meet financial goals.
    ● Work with revenue management team to maximize revenue on AirBnB and VRBO
    listings
    ● Work closely with engineering team and perform regular walk-throughs to ensure houses
    are in working order so they are available for rental

    ● Utilize background in guest service to provide assistance to bookings for mountain homes
    as well as maximizing opportunities for revenue by selling hotel activities, pre-arrival
    assistance with stocking of homes.
    Team Member Housing
    ● Manage all team member housing by ensuring we have accurate check-in and check-out’s
    for task force and team members utilizing housing
    ● Maintain and use checklists for team member housing so that once houses are vacated we
    perform inspections for cleanliness, damage, and ready for next team member
    ● Work closely with engineering team and perform regular walk-throughs to ensure houses
    are in working order so they are available for use by team members
    ● Maintain accurate inventory of homes being used by team members
    ● Perform frequent walk-throughs to ensure homes are well maintained and kept clean by
    team members
    ● Work with the Director of Operations and Director of Engineering to make
    recommendations for improvements to homes based on guest and team member
    feedback.
    ● Responsible for working with incoming task force to ensure they are welcomed and
    greeted by operations team.

    ● Lead by example by providing a warm welcome to guests while striving to provide
    outstanding service.
    ● Create and maintain relations with guests.
    ● Maintain consistent guest satisfaction through collating guest feedback received from
    surveys and communicate this with the team, implementing changes or training where
    necessary.
    ● Deal with any guests’ complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
    and revenue is not jeopardized. Record any grievances and follow up accordingly,
    liaising with the General Manager where necessary.
    ● Hold regular meetings and create strong relationships with key Hotel departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
