Primos Quality Foods offers a wide array of produce, locally sourced goods, specialty items, and more. Primos Quality Foods delivers to over 150 surrounding cities including those in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan. This allows us a large distribution network in which we are able to backhaul and deliver products from producers who need help distributing their products.

Primos Quality Foods is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to come join our family. We are a company that can offer you longevity with job security. The Accounts Receivable position is responsible for posting payment deposits accurately to customer accounts and assisting with maintaining customer account balances.

DUTIES:

• Manage and collect payment on assigned accounts to reduce aged receivables
• Develop re-payment plans for clients who are past due
• Perform collection calls/ actions on customer accounts that are delinquent
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Work with others in and outside the department for payment and credit disputes
• Routinely send invoices and statements to clients
• Review weekly aging reports
• Respond to client requests via phone or email as needed
• Determine and enter necessary adjustments to the accounting system to balance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
• A minimum of 2 years of B2B Collections
• Collector experience with large accounts with various terms is required
• Must be able to able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task
• A minimum of a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of successful experience performing the above duties
