Nurture a child’s first five years by:
Creating a culture of support within the school for staff, families and children
Cultivating an environment committed to health and safety
Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
Managing operation of the school
Ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the high-quality culture for families and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with Primrose values
Collaborate strategically with the onsite franchisee owner to uphold brand standards and elevate the school experience
Consistently uphold all Primrose Schools brand standards, delivering a high-quality, premium experience in every classroom interaction
Create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for all children
Communicate clearly and proactively with children, parents, and staff to build trust and a strong community
Support each child’s individual learning needs while fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continuously elevate teaching quality
