    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    The Brand Manager, Franchising and Real Estate has the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s overall success by driving the pipeline of prospective Franchise Owners, create awareness for Primrose with key real estate brokers, and strengthen brand awareness in new and expanding markets.

    The ideal Brand Manager, Franchising and Real Estate will build credibility and partner with key internal teams such as Franchise Sales and Real Estate. Driving new leads, increasing communication and brand awareness in small suburban markets and other focus areas are key goals and deliverables for this role.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Use creative marketing techniques to drive a pipeline of prospective Franchise Owner leads who are interested in pursuing franchising opportunities.

    Maintain internal sales tools to communicate franchise offering (i.e. prospective profile, collateral, email content strategy, toolkits, presentations, orientation manual, ongoing Gateway communication for existing owners).

    Expand our marketing efforts to proactively find prospective Franchise Owners in small suburban markets & promote awardable sites.

    Deploy marketing programs that create awareness for Primrose with key real estate brokers, developers, and land owners to accelerate site selection process.

    Develop new focused communication pieces for commercial real estate audience, enhance existing website, blog and social content.

    Lead the marketing development process on behalf of the School Development team.

    Measure the effectiveness of the overall plan and channel performance.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is preferred.

    5-7 years of marketing experience with exposure to a mix of advertising, PR, online and social; experience in franchising and/ or real estate is a plus

    Proven experience managing outside agencies, vendors, and partners

    Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines, while continuing to deliver service excellence

    Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up and down/ internal and external

    Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals

    Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel

    Ability to effortlessly transition between tactical and strategic work
